Terms of Service
These Terms explain the responsible use of NSAR Business Solutions, including client workspaces, connected social channels, Nehal-assisted tools and business services.
Connected channels
You may connect only accounts, Pages, professional profiles and business numbers you own or are authorized to manage. Third-party platform rules, approvals, permissions and service availability remain subject to those platforms.
Content, automation and approval
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content, campaigns, customer communications and courier-booking drafts before use. NSAR does not permit unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited mass outreach. Publishing, advertising spend, customer messaging and courier submission are not automatic client actions.
Data, security and service changes
NSAR applies reasonable safeguards to connected credentials and business data. You can disconnect channels or request account-data deletion. Features may change when a provider updates its API, permissions or compliance requirements; availability and business results are not guaranteed.

Subscription, project scope, payment, delivery timing and service-specific commitments are governed by the applicable written proposal, order or agreement with NSAR. External platform fees, advertising spend, courier charges and provider approval requirements are separate unless the written agreement states otherwise.
